🛍️ Collector’s Quick Guide
- Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
- Condition: Items must be unopened and in original packaging (mint-in-box status!)
- Non-Returnable: Limited edition/variant items marked “Final Sale”
- Refund Time: 5-10 business days after we receive your return
🚀 The Return Process (Step by Step)
1. Launch Your Return Request
Email our support squad at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use this template to make sure we get all the cosmic coordinates we need:

Our team will email you return instructions within 2 business days, including:
- Approval confirmation
- Return shipping address (338 Sugar Camp Road, Denver, US 50622)
- RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number
3. Package Your Item Securely
Protect your return like it’s a SDCC exclusive:
- Use the original packaging if possible
- Include all original protective materials
- Write the RMA number clearly on the outside
- We recommend insured shipping with tracking
4. Send It Back to Our HQ
Ship to our Denver location using your preferred carrier. Unfortunately, we can’t cover return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
5. Receive Your Refund or Exchange
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds: Processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Exchanges: Shipped within 3-5 business days after approval
⚠️ Collector’s Notes
Non-Returnable Items
Some of our most exclusive pieces can’t be returned to protect their collectible status:
- Any item marked “Final Sale” or “Limited Edition” in the product description
- Opened art toys or figures (must remain mint-in-box)
- Personalized or custom items
Pro Tip: Check product descriptions carefully before purchasing limited edition items!
🌌 International Returns
For collectors outside the US:
- You’re responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees
- Refunds will be issued in USD and may be subject to currency conversion rates
- Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns from some Asian countries and remote locations – check with our team first
📦 Damaged Items?
If your collectible arrived damaged in its cosmic journey:
- Take photos of the damaged item and packaging
- Email them to [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery
- We’ll send a replacement or refund immediately (no return needed for damaged items)
