When you visit kidrobotfunsale.com, you agree to:

• Use the site only for lawful purposes
• Provide accurate account information
• Not attempt to compromise our systems

2. Pop Culture Treasures (Product Info)

Art Toy Descriptions

We photograph and describe each collectible with collector-grade accuracy. However:

• Colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings
• Limited edition items are truly limited—once sold out, they’re gone!
• Some ART GIANTS and PRIDE collection items may be non-returnable

Collector’s Condition Guarantee

All items ship mint-in-box unless noted otherwise. We use museum-grade packaging to protect your treasures during their interstellar journey to your display case.

3. Mission Control (Order Process)

Launching Your Order

When you place an order:

• You’ll receive an order confirmation email
• We’ll process within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends/holidays)
• Your payment method will be charged upon order placement

4. Interstellar Shipping

Shipping Methods

Choose your launch vehicle:

• Standard Shipping ($12.95): DHL/FedEx – 10-15 business days after launch
• Free Shipping (orders $50+): EMS – 15-25 business days after launch

Delivery Destinations

We currently ship to most planets except:

• Asia (selected countries)
• Remote locations (contact our support squad first)

5. Collector’s Return Policy

Return Requirements

To return an item to our Denver HQ:

• Must be within 15 days of delivery
• Must be unopened in original packaging (mint-in-box status!)
• Must include RMA number (we’ll provide this)

Non-Returnable Items

Some treasures can’t come back to base:

• Items marked “Final Sale” or “Limited Edition”
• Opened art toys (must remain sealed)
• Personalized/custom items
• Selected PRIDE, 64 Colors, and ART GIANTS pieces

6. Intellectual Property Galaxy

All content on our site—including designs, characters, and packaging—are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You agree:

• Not to reproduce any designs without permission
• That all artist rights remain with creators
• That collectibles are for personal enjoyment, not commercial reproduction

7. Liability Limits

While we protect your treasures like they’re our own, Kidrobot Sales isn’t responsible for:

• Shipping delays beyond our control
• Minor color variations from product photos
• Collector’s remorse (we suggest displaying all purchases proudly!)
• Acts of interstellar interference (force majeure events)

8. Policy Updates

We may update these terms occasionally—we’ll notify you of major changes. Continued use of our site means you accept the new terms.
